About the Project

While I was a UX designer at Elevated Third, I worked with the team at CUDC on a rebuild of their vehicle lending origination platform for dealers to connect customers with local credit unions.  The application was split into two main userbases: the finance team using it via their desktop to compare rates and the sales team on the go looking to view those rates and communicate with their team on closing.  This meant building a complex desktop application with multiple drawers and calculators to compare rate and customer info, as well as a streamlined native app for the dealer to use with customers in the showroom.

Application used by over 40 credit unions and 1000 auto dealers in Colorado.

One of the most complex applications I’ve ever designed!

A walkthrough of the drawers and workspace of the desktop app used by our dealers to browse and compare rates for customers.
The 'App Life' functionality shows a log of all changes to a loan file, big or small- filterable and sortable for audits later on.
Our contract details workflow, with an OCR feature for quick filling.
Dark mode options provided for those who prefer.
A simple mobile version for the dealers on the showroom floor.
